I would think I am one of the biggest (if not most vocal :lol:) McDaniels critics. That said, dumping him now, regardless of his moves to this point, makes no sense. The guy deserves to make this team his team as he sees fit with his guys.

I just hope ownership will have the wherewithall to recognize it isn't working (if it isn't) and not allow it to linger. A bad hire held onto for years could cripple this team and organization.
