Do you hope they do well, or do you not care?

We should support Mike Shanahan. He didn't burn the bridge with Broncos organization and he did everything for the city of Denver. I'm gonna support him.

I'm going to root for the former Broncos who will gravitate to Washington (except when they play us) but that's nothing new. I'll root for Marshall in Miami and Cutler in Chicago much as I rooted for Elam in Atlanta and Shannon Sharpe when he was in Baltimore. That doesn't mean I'll root for the team to win but I root for those players to do well because I still see them as Broncos. About the only exceptions were Kinneson and Romanowski for fairly obvious reasons.

IMO, Shanahan is a Bronco in exile and I wish him success in the NFC. Even though I'm a Cowboy-hater, I don't hate Wade Phillips. Wade's a good man even if his owner is an egotistical creep.

Of course, you Shanny haters are welcome to still spew your bile because, after all, you will anyway like petty ex-wives.

Why the hell would anyone cheer for another team based on the pure fact that a FORMER coach or player is on that team? I guess i can understand wishing good things for Marshall...but not for Miami, but wishing good things for a crybaby QB that didnt want to be here? Wishing good things for a coach...who like ANY coach completely forgets his allegiance to his former team the second he gets a new job?

Not knocking anyone's opinion, per se. I have guys throughout the league that I really like and I enjoy watching succeed...but I always disliked the Skins and will continue to do so regardless of the fact they have a coach AND a QB that I use to root for. And I cant really recall ever rooting for any former Broncos to do well in the past, so it's a concept I just cant grasp.

:whoknows:Maybe if the BRONCOS aren't winning games, they can put on their alternate team gear and daydream what could have been:lol:!!

I'll pay more attention to them, and sure I might be inclided to cheer for them when they are playing Tampa Bay or some other team I don't care about. Go Shanny do good things and lose to the Broncos when you meet.

I can't say I'll cheer for Washington but I will pull for them when Denver isn't on TV and I have nothing else going on. Shanahan earned Denver two Super Bowl victories, I'll always pull for the guy. I also will pull Cutler, Marshall, Hillis and other former Broncos unless they are playing Denver. I always wish former Broncos success wether it be with another team or life outside of football.

Ravage!!!

ALthough the Denver Broncos are my favorite team, I'm a HUGE fan of the NFL. I try to watch as many games as possible, and will go to a sports-bar (every sunday) and sit where I can see every game playing at one time. When I watch two teams play, I usually want one team or the other to win, thats just natural.

That being said, yes... I will root for Washington when I watch them play this year. Just as I will root for Chicago and now Miami. :salute:

Dan Snyder is an ******* and will never get any support from me. So no, as long as shanny works for the devil I will not support him either.

Interestingly enough...the Redskins are my ex-wife's favorite team. Even more incentive to not care what they do.

i won't be cheering for them, but I will be interested in how he does. Since I am in the DC area it will be interesting to what he can do to that franchise.

i typically don't care what other teams do,unless it has an impact on the broncos post season chances.
but i did notice last year i had an interest in how the bears did....so i guess if nothing else it will make the bye week more interesting and i hope shanny does well.
but really there is only one team i care about and that team is .......
THE DENVER BRONCOS !
