Dez Bryant goes to Boston (http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2010/04/08/dez-bryant-goes-to-boston/)

Each NFL team is permitted to bring up to 30 prospects to town for pre-draft visits. The Patriots have devoted one of their allotted meet-and-greets to receiver Dez Bryant (http://www.bostonherald.com/blogs/sports/rap_sheet/index.php/2010/04/08/patriots-welcome-mercurial-wr-dez-bryant-into-gillette-stadium/), according to Ian Rapoport of the Boston Herald.

The Patriots hold the 22nd pick in round one. There's a chance that Bryant will be available, given off-field concerns that could cause him to slide like the current No. 1 wideout on the team did a dozen years ago.

And the Pats haven't been shy about taking a chance on possible problem wideouts. Apart from trading for Randy Moss in 2007, they drafted Chad Jackson in 2006. During a visit to the Steelers, Jackson's phone repeatedly rang during a meeting with coach Bill Cowher, prompting the Steelers to eventually cut short the visit early.

The reality is that plenty of high-end receivers can present challenges. It's still not clear whether the position attracts divas or creates them. Either way, the better the player, the more likely he'll be a potential pain in the posterior.

IMO there is so much truth in this statement. I'd much rather have Marshall than an unproven Diva such as Dez.

I stil would love dez and think he will be a better wr than beast. It would be sick to have both marshall and bryant on our team.

However, if we draft Dez, its almost a given that our phones will be blowing up and trade marshall while the first day draft continues.

Dez is not a diva. He's immature (like most people his age). If you follow his life story you realize he's anything but lazy.

Denver has too many other needs. To the Broncos' brain trust; I implore you not to waste a draft pick on a WR in the first round. Besides, what we've seen from this offense so far doesn't require a game breaker.
