heard he is a great run blocker. any update on his pass blocking, how good he is at it etc? center doesnt need to be an elite pass blocker, but they need to be able to hold off a good NT one on one several times a game...

the way i see it, i know hes big and a good run blocker, and compared to waht we have on the roster (do we even have a center?) thats a significant upgrade

What I do like about Hadnot is that he is 320 lbs. Assuming he can move a little and still can roll his hips and explode on his first step he sure sounds like a competent run blocker with plenty of bulk.

Hal McCroy was a 3 time starter on the all bicentennial team.

Improving the the ability to run the ball and stop the run were said to be the priorities this offseason. Hadnot would help with the first half of that goal.

It doesn't mean we don't sign him. It just means we haven't yet. I hope we're still in the hunt.

That's a little vague. Like, time is important in if we don't sign him soon we lose out, or, we need to be patient, or...what exactly?

Just curious, who is reliable.....Schefter, sometimes he's wrong too and when he is he says I was only kidding! I prefer to believe when things are signed in ink until then it's no fun if one can't speculate and assume!

Why haven't we signed Hadnot yet? Does anyone know if he has other visits scheduled or what is up? We usually get our targeted guys done early. Did the interview not go well?

In my opinion the only reliable sources that are right on a consistent basis are Jay Glazier and Adam Schefter.
