Listened to all three parts. Really good interview.

Regarding Kyle, Josh obviously has a high opinion of him and expects good things from him.

I guess I missed part 2 was not aware it or 3 was out.

I have not listened to it yet but it does not surprise me abit about him liking Orton. He was his choice last year afterall.

Staff spent a lot of time teaching, because everyone was new to the "system". The rookies will be expected to be better next year after a full year in the NFL learning what to do and NOT to do.

All of the current team will be spending lots of time in the weight room and studying film.

we had great leadership last year but expect more and new ones from the rookies and other players. Looking for growth from every one.

one player who was saying he expected more of himself, after one year in the system.

Kyle had as much or more to learn in the system, now that he has a great foundation understanding the terms and he will be able hit the ground running, opposed to baby steps last year to walking.

He can focus on other thing s this year improving his strength and mobility in the weight room to get better. Last year was a real mental challenge for him.

I know he wants to improve and we will be looking for it. He has shown that he wants to improve and has the traits to do so to help his team . KO is going to prepare hard and knows the difference still young and has the ability now to mature in other areas. It wool be exciting to see the improvement and LEAD his team.

talked about going to london.

evaluate himself, staff, roster, during otas, mini camps, draft, training camp. Wants to get better as he knows he could have done something better.
