ENGLEWOOD, Colo -- The day after the most-watched Super Bowl in U.S. television history, the Broncos have made a roster addition signing free agent running back Bruce Hall.

Hall, who entered the NFL with Buffalo as a college free agent in 2008, is a second-year player who spent the majority of his two seasons on the Bills' practice squad working under then running backs coach and current Broncos running backs coach Eric Studesville. He was signed to the Bills' active roster and dressed but did not play in Buffalo's 2008 season finale against New England.

Hall played both running back and quarterback in college at the University of Mississippi after spending time at Northeast Community College, Troy University and Wake Forest.

While at Mississippi, Hall totaled 416 yards and a touchdown on 85 carries while adding 15 catches for 149 yards and one score in 23 games over two seasons in Oxford, Miss.

our 1st scab player for the 2011 season !:D
just kidding i know we cant have "THE REPLACEMENTS"
i can only surmise that studs saw something in this kid that he really liked.
it could be a little harder to explain to marshall ,doom and orton. why we are already tossin' free agency bucks around....
which also could mean that deals are in place for them based on wether or not they are fa's or rfa's which wont be determined until march 5th:confused:

Coach has no faith in Orton or Moreno. So he goes out and gets a QB/RB for the price of one. :fight:

McDaniels is a trickster.

He played for Studes in BUF. This one may be more than just a tackling dummy.
