Thank you! Thank you! Thank you, for your "happy wishes!"

I have looked forward to this age for a long while now and am so excited to get this year started!

I had a wonderful day with homemade 8 year old cards, a couple of stuffed animals (that she said already knew how to stay on their side of the bed) that she wrapped up for me using packing tape and two mardi gras necklaces(that she said were the hardest ones she caught this year) that she tied to the top of the package. The best gifts a mommy could get!!

My day was perfect, with a slight warm breeze, the sun bright and my family eating steak at Copeland's and strawberry shortcake with whipped cream at home!! What more could I possibly want?

Thank you! Funny you should say the 'day late dollar short' line as my husband says that to me all the time.. only about me! lol! (maybe you and I are related in a past life?) Thanks again!
