yes I know its a pipedream

but I would rather have someone who actually has done well and had a great team. He won with Rich Gannon the king of the short pass
and then was able to adjust to a defensive team when that was his talent.

I know it will never happen but I can dream right.

Hire chucky

I bet Mike Shanahan has success in Washington after dumping Slowik. Just a thought.

Bring in Elway as GM. He wants back in the league in a management position. I've heard a few Elway shows on 1510AM Monday morning and he has an excellent grasp of the game. Elway built a champion in his apprenticeship in the Arena league.

Let Elway pick the head coach. Even before McD was hired I was for hiring a strong GM first, before the coach.

I'd take either one of these guys in a heartbeat!

Gruden is not going anywhere this season. He is locked in with ESPN for at least this season.

I have to say no to Gruden. He didn't do much after winning the SB with a team largely built by Dungy. For some time I thought Gruden was quite talented, but in the end I am not so sure he was.

Im fine with Mcdaniels running the show. Although Im very disapointed about the Nolan situation I still think Mcdaniels is a very good coach who is as prepared as any other HC in this league.

I knew this was a pipe dream but you have to start questioning McD.

I Have been as patient with him as anyone. I just want some results and not let emotions rule everything. I just want what is best for Denver and could care less who leads us, as long as it is back to the playoffs competing for a Super Bowl again at some point soon.
