I don't like the idea of Knight. We want to replace our aging safeties with........ another aging safety? He's on the down slope. I'd give Knight a no vote. Colbert could be interesting. I remember a lot of guys would have rather drafted him than Darius "The Claw" Watts in the 2nd round in 2004. I'd still rather have Johnson, but Colbert is atleast a little enticing. Should be a cheap date if we sign him.

It'd be cool to have someone on our team with the last name "Colbert". Other than that, I don't like Sammy Knight at all. I was hoping we could take a shot at Jerry Porter, but he signed with the Jags before anyone else even got a shot. As far as WR goes, I'm hoping we can get offers out to Moss, Chad Johnson, Dante Stallwort, and Bryant Johnson in hopes of signing Johnson. IMO, that guy has the potenital to be a stud.

Along with Niko Koutouvides, some Bronco fans shouldn't get their hopes up Denver is gunning big in FA or making huge trades before the draft.

W/ a gun to my head, I would have to say Colbert is at least intriguing.

754 yards and 5 TDs as a rookie...but then...SPLAT. Could it be chalked up to QB injuries? It didn't stop Steve Smith. Intriguing though.

I don't disagree...hence the intrigue. At least he'd likely be cheap enough that if he didn't wow us a WR in a future draft could be an option. I do not wanna overpay for a guy long term who isn't a difference maker.
