NflDraftScout.com's Howard Balzer reports there are "serious concerns" over the long-term effects of a stress fracture Glenn Dorsey suffered in 2006.
The stress fracture was in his right tibia. After taking a physical Saturday, Dorsey was sent to the hospital for additional tests. Dorsey is not working out at the Combine due to a death in the family, but the tibia issue is reportedly now a "red flag" for some NFL teams. Michigan DT Alan Branch dropped to the second round of last year's draft due to similar concerns. Feb. 24 - 2:26 pm et

as the article mentions, last year alan branch fell to the 2nd round from the top 5 due to the same problem. branch did nothing worth noting his first year, but i don't know if that has to do with the injury.

If he is there at 12 it means that 11 teams feel he is not healthy. That would scare me. We can't afford to screw up this pick.

No, it means that a few teams don't think he's healthy.

All 11 teams picking before us didn't plan on taking him, trust me. A few, but not all. ;)
